1184 BC - Trojan fall At night, when everyone was asleep, the Greek soldiers, who hid inside the wooden horse of hollow structure, came out and opened the gates for the whole army (whose ships had returned secretly to the beach) invade the city.
Caught by surprise, the Trojans were defeated and the city burned down
