Dogs 'driver' causes accident with truck in the US
A dog caused a small accident to "drive" a truck on Friday (4) in Mankato, in the US state of Minnesota.
Patrons of a gas station said the dog, a golden retriever, sitting in the driver's seat, seemed to be driving the vehicle, which was actually runaway.
Police said the truck was parked in a parking lot, but the driver left the engine running.
The dog, who was inside the cabin, apparently managed to put the vehicle in motion, to touch the gearbox.
The truck then crossed a parking lot, a street, and only stopped when climbing a curb and hit a tree and a parked car.
Police said it had taken the place of the truck
